Nestlé YOUth Ambassador program
The Nestlé YOUth Ambassador Programme is a campus ambassadorship programme where you - a university student, get to be a Nestlé ambassador for your university!
As a YOUth Ambassador, you’ll be creating hype, leading Nestlé related events on campus and much more. At the end of your role, you might have the opportunity to experience internship at Nestlé.

Nesternship
With the pandemic causing internship programs to be cancelled, many young talents across the globe were confined to their homes with limited opportunities to upskill themselves. Due to this, Nestlé introduced the first regional (mainly virtual) internship program- Nesternship.
As a Nestern, you have the chance to level up your skills, gain on-the-job experience and expand your network, all from the comfort of your home.
Nestlé Management Trainee Programme
Nestlé Management Trainee Program is an accelerated management programme specifically for fresh graduates. This program is curated to develop high potential individuals as future leaders.
Fresh graduates will have real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the value chain.
Nestlé Apprentice Program
Nestlé believes in giving people opportunities to make an early impact, maximizing their talents and supporting their individuality. The Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Program is a 12 months program which is designed specifically for young talents to equip them with the right skill sets to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Through this program, apprentices will enable the organization to achieve its business strategy of building a talent pipeline for future vacancies.
The internship programme provided me with valuable hands-on experience and a better idea about what knowledge areas and skills I should focus more and make improvement to in my fourth year degree studies. Overall it was a fruitful experience and I feel that it has prepared me well for my future career. Each day brought different circumstances in the department and I had the opportunity to make my own decisions and learn from both my successes and failures. In short, I will take every aspects of this internship with me in the future opportunities.
As a recent graduate, my work with Nestle is off to a wonderful start. I was given a strong support system and excellent learning resources that helped me excel on the job. It truly brings out the best in me and helps me reach my potential.
